Needless to say, I started off with a slightly negative bias because of it. However, Andrea was so pleasant to deal with throughout the selling process that I stuck with her for purchasing my next house. There was no shortage of hurdles to clear given the tough market and the complexity of my situation. However, Andrea was always resourceful, accessible, responsive, ethical, compassionate, and comforting throughout the experience. Even though I dragged her to A LOT of showings, often houses and/or neighborhoods she strongly believed were a bad fit for me, she still accommodated me and gave her advice without being pushy and allowed me to form my own opinions (and she was right on almost every count). She went well above and beyond what I'd expect from an agent on more occasions than I can count. All said and done, Andrea was able to list my old house, link me with a trustworthy appraiser, inspector, and stager, sell my former house after only being on market for a week at $8k over asking price, secure my next house on a contingency, and set up back-to-back settlements the same day. It was as painless a process as it could be. I *really* hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I do, I'm 1,000% sure Andrea would be my go-to, and I'd recommend her to anyone.

She was candid when we needed her opinion, and also has great connections to recommend services or technicians which came in very handy since we didn’t know anyone in the area. We also loved her go-getter attitude and efficiency when it came to following up and ensuring the entire home buying process was moving in a timely manner.

They helped us switch to a new one and everything went smoothly in the end. they hooked us up with a great inspector and we felt comfortable with house that we got a good deal. Very responsive
